So, to lose fat its not just the calories that i burned from exercise but also from nutrition? oh i see. So if im allowed 1200 calories daily. I eat 100cals less per meal which =300less cals per day, and I add 1mile a day=100less calories, then the total is 400cals subtracted from my 1200cals allowed, which will equal 800cals. So then, that will make me lose weight? or how many less calories am I supposed to burn from 1200 to lose weight?
i dont really understand if u consume alot of calories that would make you gain right? but if you cut out 300 from what your eating then that will make you lose, the part i dont understand or want to know is how much calories should you eat to make this work
during my high school days I lost 25 lbs for a duration of about 60 days. I forgot it but I remembered its 2 months (summer vacation)… I accomplished that with very intensive diet to the extent that I only use the toilet bowl once every two days, I almost got ulcer. and…. tada!!!! skateboarding….. since I am not always home skating around the village, I usually skip meals and forgot to eat. since I became addicted with spotting around simple “obstacs”.But that made me look pale….

Yes, that’s right! That depends on how fast you want to lose weight. 500 less calories a day and after 7 days you will lose 1 pound.
