Can’t lose weight? Welcome to the western worlds most popular club.It’s now time to look again at yourself if you think you can’t lose weight.Everybody can lose weight; you just need to have a solid system that you can follow.
I guess you’ve heard it many times, eat less, exercise more and you’ll lose weight.The problem with those two sentences is they don’t go into the specifics.We need a system, something we can follow to the letter every day.
Following your own plan with simple step by step rules every day will be much easier with a system.We can be certain we are doing it right every day because we are following the system.There’s nothing worse than having to figure out for ourselves if we have eaten too much, or exercised too little.
We usually end up back at the beginning (sad & fat) when we try to work alone without a system.With a daily set of steps or rules we can follow we have the ability to know 100% we are doing it right.We can tick off what we need to do when we’ve done it and know at night that we have done it right.
You should see results pretty quickly if you follow the system day in day out.The hardest part is following the system, and its daily routine.We can help ourselves though by recognising some of the reasons why we might fail.
If we know what we are doing we are much better positioned to complete the job successfully.It’s no different in the battle to lose weight. The correct knowledge gives you the edge in your fight to lose weight.Here are a handful of reasons that may be why you can’t lose weight; you may be surprised at some.
Portion sizes.Do you really need that much food? I can tell you that studies have shown that three quarters of us give ourselves portions that are far too large. We rarely need as much as we put on our plates. Try it for a while, reduce your portions a bit. See if you are still hungry. You may be surprised. When you start to see results you will automatically be preparing smaller portions so this one should take care of its self later on.
Depression. I know this one only too well. I suffered a bad motorcycle accident leaving me unable to work and the dreaded depression set in. It’s a nightmare scenario of a downward spiral that will easily cause you to even give up trying to lose weight. But I know it can be overcome.
On your own. If you are trying to lose weight without any help or support it can be an impossible task. If you haven’t got a friend you can talk to or exercise with try joining some online forums. You’ll find lots of dieting buddies online and lots of encouragement.
Death by chocolate. I don’t mean actual death, but chocolate will kill off any lingering hope of attaining your new weight. I can’t even say keep to small amounts because small amounts lead to bigger amounts. I’m sure you get the picture. I was diagnosed diabetic and cut sugar out overnight. I had to for my health. And you know what? I don’t miss it.
You might think you can’t lose weight for lots of reasons, but mostly you will be wrong.You may need a step by step system that you can use everyday.A system like this will give you the best possible chance to attain your goals.

Is it worth reviewing any of the millions of diets that are available? I think so yes.Most systems will give you bad info, do this, do that, lose weight. Rarely happens like this.
If you can, and you’d like to try to follow some daily steps then there are good systems out there for you.The difficulty comes trying to follow them correctly.
