Amazing! So many people in US want to know what is the Pro Bowl Time“junk food” 2009! I have seen people getting crazy for this event. Buying all kinds of like burgers with fries, tomato pies, sausages (mix of meat you do not even know where it came from), pizza and cheesy bread with buffalo wings and of course…

…lots of cans of “American Beer”...

What a great way to lose fat. I am calling the Pro Bowl Time 2009 the “official fat day” for all Americans following the sport.

What amazes me is that Football is a sport and sport for me is always associated with – “health, fitness, wellness or flexibility, muscles, cardio, power and strength”

Yet many people would rather watch the Pro Bowl time then just putting on a Football uniform, gear and ball and actually go out and do it!

I have to laught at this. Now I have nothing against “American Football” – do not get me wrong!

But don’t you think that the “Pro Bowl Time Fat Diet” will improve your health? Will it help you to lose some fat? Would it build your more muscles, make you more flexible, fast and powerful?

Well, I know you are smart and I can hear you yelling at me a resounding:

NO!

But, if you actually go and play “American Football” at least two times a week I bet you would build more muscles, burn fat like crazy and who knows… your six pack will appear instead of your “love-handles”

It’s your choice now! Do you wanna watch Pro-Bowl-Time 09 or are you going to do it yourself? Do something you love and your health would increase dramatically.

Think about it. May be next time you would play in your own Pro-Bowl-Time
