There are many of my clients constantly asking me about South Beach Diet. There is always buzz in the media or from their friends and they just want to know the simple truth about South Beach Diet.

South Beach Diet was developed be cardiologist named Dr. Arthur Agatson. He wanted to help his patient to improve their heart health and overall wellness levels.

I guess that Dr Agatson saw the major flaws of Fad Diets (like I do) and realized that  dieting in the terms of removing food groups from your menu or skipping meals is not healthy way to lose the unwanted pounds.

After researching how “bad carbohydrates” and bad fat choices impact human body, Dr. Agatson decided to design a new approach to the word of Diet.

What I like about the South Beach Diet is that you do not need to weight your food portions, you do not need to count calories or deprive yourself from eating like many other “fad diets” will teach you.

South Beach Diet will teach you how to choose the “right kind of carbohydrates”, healthier fat and other menu building tricks.  So you will eat at least 3 meals a day. If you are skipping meals currently, you need to change your eating habits, otherwise South Beach Diet (like any other weight loss diet) will not work for you!

Another thing is that many people have the idea that just going on the diet will help them to achieve their weight loss goals.

That is totally wrong thinking!

If you are among those people and think that just going on South Beach Diet will give you the 6 pack abs, transform your big body to a beautiful slim model figure, you will just fool yourself…

Please understand that there is no diet that will do that!

Do not believe me? Well, I have this challenge for you. Just go on South Beach Diet (or whatever diet you want), eat the way they tell you and see how long you can actually follow the diet. And how much pounds of fat did you actually lose.

So do not forget to measure your fat before you go on the diet, ok?

I guarantee you will quit within the first 6 weeks, having no real fat loss (maybe you lose some water or muscle weight) and being a bit frustrated.

Usually when this happens you will feel like a big failure, but I am here to tell you that you are not a failure. You did notr fail! But the weight loss diet you have followed has failed you!

You see, in order for you to lose the unwanted pounds of fat, you need to do much more then just go on a weight loss diet.

You need to completely change your old eating habits to a new, healthy eating habits and not only that. You will need to learn how to deal with stress, how to exercise right to actually burn the fat off and build muscles, which in return will burn more fat.

Only then you can and you will achieve the six pack beach body you’ve always wanted.

It will not be easy, but nothing what works is that easy. All I know that you can do it. I’ve helped so many people to achieve that, they could not even believe it themselves. But as soon as they started to believe, a miracle happen – they started to changing their lifestyle habits and got a great results.

Of course  do not say that South Beach Diet is not good or that South Beach Diet does not work. All I am saying that to go on South Beach Diet and think that you will become Super-Model is false!
