You must get to you’re gym and exercise. Here is some more advice on how to build muscle mass. I have gone a couple different things. The first method I tried was medium weights with higher reps. That ain’t gonna get you huge. Beginners will see some mass gains just by getting in the gym but not nearly as much as is possible. You can do a super set while you go from a low weight to a heavier weight.Super sets look like this. Lets say that you’re doing tricep extensions, you’re going to want to start with lower weights like twenty pounds and your going to perform 12 reps. Next you’re going to move up to 25 pound weights and do 10 reps, then thirty for eight, next 35 for 6. Right after you’re last set you would decrease the amount of weight to 20 pounds and do 12 more reps. . . I wouldn’t really recommend this method because I only had mediocre success.

The best success I’ve had is lifting heavy. There is a lot of confilcting information on this topic. To get it straight you can go to  Vince Delmonte Review. Lift five warm up sets and then put up as much as you can for 2 sets doing 5-8 reps. Well that’s all. I really hope you enjoyed this article.
